Lofts & Ladders were called in to this backpacker’s accommodation because they were running out of space and needed to build some extra rooms, using their roof space.
They were desperate and needed it done quickly.
Lofts & Ladders built six bedrooms and four bathrooms for them in 30 days, within the promised time. Part of the backpackers had to be closed in order for this renovation to take place, therefore finishing on time was of the essence.
A safety officer was required to be on site and Lofts & Ladders complied with all safety regulations necessary on this job.
