Errol, a retired engineer and his wife, live in a beautiful home in Constantia.
Their tranquil life was suddenly disrupted when their adult son, an IT specialist, decided to move back to the family nest.
With one younger son still living at home, the guest room was the only room available. Errol and wife had regular house guests and were now unable to accommodate them, what to do?
Being a retired engineer it was obvious the roof space would have to be converted, but it needed to be done to Errol’s high standards.
It was quite a challenge.
