Lofts & Ladders were called in to this backpacker’s accommodation because they were running out of space and needed to build some extra rooms, using their roof space.
This case study is a classic example of how you can convert the unused space in your roof into a spacious en suite bedroom. This can then be used as a extra bedroom or a guest room for a Bed and Breakfast.
Lofts & Ladders were given a brief to create a new sound studio for Cape Town Audio College. This studio was to be built on top of their offices, therefore it was very important that it be sound proof.
