This Pinelands home owner, a dealer in stocks and shares, required lots of space to be made available for his large and valuable book collection, as it was dominating two ground floor rooms.
He called in an architect who had used Lofts & Ladders in the past. Her design utilised the roof space by forming a large Dormer window facing the mountain.
Lofts & Ladders worked together with the owner and the architect to produce something quite special.
The owner commented that he’d had the house valued before the loft room. On completion it had increased in value by R300,000 more than that cost of the loft conversion. His remark,”that’s better than most deals I can do on the stock market in a few short weeks.”
