1. Contact us and we get back to you within one working day to set up an appointment.

2. An experienced Loft designer will come to your premises fully equipped to measure and access your space needs.

5. If there is a technical problem (and we love these), our technical director Cliff Harriman, with his 50 years of experience, is called to site to advise. Click here to see Cliff's bio.

6. Once the contract has been agreed on, the job is scheduled and a full specification is provided. No grey areas.

7. Working drawings are created, if need be we will submit them to council. Click here to see example.

8. You Loft project is carefully planned by means of a “The Critical Path Graph”, giving you an itemized time scale for each and every stage, allowing you to plan and assuring you of a completion date.

9. Our installation teams are well trained and organized , they will be working on your loft every working day until completion, not here today and maybe tomorrow
